We cover the curriculum in a variety of ways: sometimes a lesson is taught to the whole class; at other times children work in small groups or individually.
Children may be grouped by ability, or in a mixed group, depending on the task involved.
Sometimes we teach a subject by itself, at other times we link subjects together within topic work.
We have a planned programme of topics to ensure that all areas of the National Curriculum are covered effectively.
We encourage parents to take an interest in the topics the children are studying by sending them a summary of work planned for the coming term.
