Early Morning

In order to ensure that children settle quickly to work each morning we have an established pattern of work for the first fifteen minutes of each day. This means that the children arrive in school knowing what the first task of the day is and where they can find the materials they need. Arriving punctually in school in the morning is essential and ensures that children do not miss out on these important, regular sessions.

End of Day

The school day finishes at 3.00pm. Children are brought out to the playground by their class teacher and remain on the playground by the front entrance until they are collected by their parents. We ask all parents to notify the class teacher if someone is collecting their child other than themselves or their regular minder. Each day a teacher is on duty to ensure that children are safely seated on the bus and that all children have been collected from the playground.
